Summer School Week 2 (07/29 – 08/02) Week Summary
This week at Cosmos International summer school week 2,
we blasted off into outer space, how fitting for us at Cosmos!
The students had a stellar time engaging in a variety of space-themed crafts.
Some were busy creating their very own rocket ships, others were mapping out stars and constellations.
The students enjoyed fun and educational worksheets that explored the planets and stars, enhancing their understanding of the universe and allowing them to use their imagination to see beyond the sky.
Our days were filled with exciting educational videos and books about outer space that took us on virtual journeys through the cosmos.
To cool off under the summer sun, we enjoyed refreshing water play and cooled down with Shaved Ice treats.
The upper class enjoyed a morning swim at the public pool or a nature walk through he scenic Kamakura hills.
The highlight of our week was an exhilarating field trip to the planetarium, where the kids marveled at the wonders of the night sky, explored a Space Ship themed play area, watched and deep space.
It was a week filled with learning, laughter friendship, and cosmic fun!
